This is a night of sensuality and redefining self love. This intention of this event is to bring together women who want to continue connections and to create more. As bigger bodies, our disability is questions and often left to society to determine but this counter space will challenge that narrative. The intimacy of this space is intentional, to allow individuals to feel safe and tap into their sensual and sexy side. Your choice of clothing is left up to your decision.

"What's Our Narrative?"
An Art Exhibition on Bodies
This exhibit will help to provide the narrative about our experiences. The purpose is to shift the mindset of those who will see this art and act of resistance. At first glance, they will have perceptions about who we are, what we do, and even how we care for our bodies without having the entire story. Once they read our accompanying narratives, this will aim to shift their perceptions of our identities and silence their judgment.
Join me as I showcase photography, poetry, and more on the work I do around fat phobia and intersecting identities.
